MID training was started by Christina when she sat down to reflect on her accomplishments and her future goals. “What does it take to accomplish any goal?” Her answer, “the right Mindset, Instruction, and Discipline!” You can’t have one and not the other. With MID training, you learn how to shift your mindset, the instructions to accomplish your goals, how to create a routine, and how to eat properly (and guess what? NO FOODS ARE OFF LIMITS! Yes, you heard correctly, you can have your cake and eat it too!). All programs are one-on-one because every person is unique and have different goals. MID training’s goal is to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle change because let’s be real, no one wants to do the keto diet, count their macros, or do an hour of cardio every day! Life is about being happy, feeling good, and being healthy!
